Mark Pfefferman is the Director of Information Technology for the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority.
Prior to joining CMHA, he led technical teams for more than 20 years in a variety of industries ranging from logistics to global IT consulting to financial services. He has extensive experience in software development, identity management, enterprise content management, infrastructure management, project management and vendor management. Prior to his civilian career, Mark served as a Communications Officer in the US Army in Berlin, Germany as well as multiple stateside posts. He is a veteran of Desert Shield / Desert Storm where he led a 150 solider communications company providing critical tactical communications to the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) for the entire conflict. Mark earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Systems (Area of Concentration – Artificial Intelligence) from the Air Force Institute of Technology, a Master of Science Degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Western Kentucky University. Mark resides in Butler, Kentucky with his wife Cindy. He has four grown children: Tiffanie, Aimee, Amanda and Craig. |
